Leading manufacturing or New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for complex hardware products.
Managing engineering validation builds, production qualification activities, and manufacturing ramp execution.
Coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and supplier organizations.
Driving risk management, change control, and manufacturing readiness processes.
Utilizing program management tools including Jira, Confluence, Gantt-based scheduling systems, and data-driven reporting methodologies.
Working with contract manufacturers and global supply chain partners to support product industrialization and production operations.
Qualifications
Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree plus ten (10) years of progressive experience, in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Experience utilizing program management, manufacturing, and engineering systems including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Gantt scheduling tools, Kanban dashboards, PLM systems, ERP/MRP platforms, Agile methodologies, and risk management frameworks.
Familiarity with engineering and manufacturing software such as Solid Works, Catia, 3D Modeling Software and Microsoft Power BI is desirable.
