We are seeking an experienced AV Manager to oversee the Video & LED systems department. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team to ensure the seamless operation, maintenance, and repair of AV equipment, contributing to the successful delivery of outstanding events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Video & LED technical team, overseeing daily operations and workflow efficiency
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot video, camera, and LED systems to ensure peak performance during events
- Conduct quality control checks on all AV equipment, ensuring safety and high standards
- Coordinate equipment setup, staging, and rapid response for incoming and outgoing gear
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet event deadlines and requirements
- Train and mentor team members to improve technical skills and operational efficiency
- Maintain inventory, diagnose equipment issues, and coordinate repairs with vendors
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with LED walls, video equipment, and live event AV systems
- 1-2 years of management or team leadership experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair AV equipment in high-pressure environments
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management software
- Flexibility to work late hours, weekends, or during peak seasons

- Experience with dry-hire setups and vendor coordination
- Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards in AV production
