Are you a dynamic Product Owner/Scrum Master who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution? A leading organization is seeking a hybrid PO/SM to own the product backlog, drive agile ceremonies, and partner directly with clients and developers to deliver high-quality software.
This role is ideal for someone technically fluent — comfortable writing SQL to validate product data — and confident leading client conversations about requirements, trade-offs, and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Write detailed user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria
• Use SQL to inform requirements, validate data outcomes, and support QA/UAT
• Groom and prioritize the backlog based on business and client urgency
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Grooming, Daily Stand-Ups, Retrospectives, and Demos
• Track sprint progress, team capacity, and remove blockers
• Partner with developers on architecture, integrations, and technical constraints
• Join client calls to gather requirements, present progress, and manage expectations
• Support release planning and deployment coordination
Must-Have Qualifications
• 3–6+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum settings
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years hands-on SQL (joins, filtering, aggregations, subqueries)
• Working knowledge of relational data models and schemas
• Client-facing experience leading requirements discussions
• Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Experience in distributed, cross-cultural team environments
Nice-to-Have
• CSPO, CSM, or SAFe POPM certification
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
• SharePoint experience
