Role Overview

You'll join as a Technical Product Manager , owning APIs and third-party integrations that connect enterprise customers with a rapidly growing SaaS platform used across a multi-billion-euro industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for integrations and developer-facing capabilities.
  • Work directly with enterprise customers to understand technical workflows and integration requirements.
  • Convert customer challenges into clear product priorities and actionable engineering work.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.
  • Validate APIs, documentation and technical capabilities to improve the overall developer experience.
  • Use customer feedback, product data and commercial priorities to continuously refine the product direction.
  • Help establish best practices for technical product management within a fast-moving product organisation.
  • Travel to customer sites when required to understand real-world implementation challenges.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and system connectivity.
  • Comfortable working with API documentation and technical validation tools.
  • Able to bridge technical and commercial conversations with confidence.
  • Experience owning a product area end-to-end, from discovery and roadmap planning through to delivery and iteration.
  • Strong analytical approach with the ability to prioritise opportunities using customer insight, business value and engineering input.
  • Fluent German and English communication skills.
  • Comfortable travelling within Germany to meet customers.
  • Experience using AI tools as part of your daily workflow.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working on marketplace or platform products.
  • Exposure to ERP, construction technology or other enterprise software environments.
  • Previous experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering or integration-focused roles.
