Own the strategy and roadmap for ApartmentIQ's data platform, powering market intelligence used across multifamily. Work with data engineering, data science, and product teams to ingest, model, validate, and deliver data. Dig into data issues yourself, from running analysis to shipping fixes. Responsibilities: Lead root cause analysis on data quality anomalies and metric discrepancies. Define data quality standards, SLAs, and monitoring to catch issues before they reach customers. Turn internal and customer needs into clear platform requirements and prioritize the backlog. Evaluate data sources, vendors, and partnerships to expand market intelligence. Qualifications: 8+ years in product management, data science, or data analytics, including 4+ years managing data products or platforms. Background in a quantitative field and solid understanding of modern data stack concepts. Experience with SQL, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and data quality tooling. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
