Technical Product Manager

A leading entertainment company is hiring a Technical Product Manager to join their innovative team in the Orlando, FL area. This is a 1+ year contract role supporting retail, restaurant, and supply chain initiatives, focusing on digital product development and delivery for guest experiences.

Technical Product Manager Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and implement the product development roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and guest experience goals.
• Gather, define, and prioritize product requirements, creating clear acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Oversee the agile process from requirement gathering through testing, launch, and post-launch review.
• Monitor system performance and operational data to ensure reliability and scalability within high-volume environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze operational insights and identify opportunities for product improvement.

Technical Product Manager Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in product management, digital, or technology-focused roles.
• Proven experience managing digital products through entire lifecycle phases.
• Skilled in documenting technical and operational requirements, with hands-on experience in Agile development tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively share updates, create documentation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
