What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead product definition by understanding customer needs and translating them into critical requirements
- Provide guidance and prioritization for product development projects and cross-functional teams
- Act as the “Product Owner” for software teams using Agile processes
- Assist in the development of testing methods and participate in validation processes
- Contribute to marketing efforts by providing input on product positioning and training for associates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of product management, upstream/inbound marketing, or product development experience in the medical device industry
- Proven analytical skills and problem-solving techniques
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Master’s degree in medical physics is a plus, with relevant work experience in the radiotherapy industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the radiotherapy industry or a radiotherapy clinic
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes
