Providing remote technical support, the full-time Technical Printer Support Representative will efficiently handle inbound customer calls, resolving various inkjet printer issues while ensuring customer satisfaction through a first call resolution strategy. Key responsibilities Deliver professional technical support to customers via phone, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues Utilize software and network tools to identify, research, and resolve customer inquiries promptly Document interactions and resolutions accurately in the company's applications Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service or call center experience Demonstrated knowledge of PC operating systems such as Windows and/or MAC Intermediate to advanced skills in internet navigation and MS Office Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced virtual environment
