Job Description:
The Senior Solutions Engineer designs, develops, customizes, and integrates ERP solutions, working directly with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This role serves as a technical point of contact for clients, leading requirements discussions and delivering solution demonstrations. Strong .NET/C# and SQL experience is required.

MUST-HAVES
- Strong .NET/C# and SQL
- Hands-on ERP development/customization experience
- Strong client-facing communication — live client meetings, product demos
- Able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Able to translate client requirements into technical specs
- Accepted ERP experience: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite xhqgsiq
- 6+ years of related experience
- Degree in a related field
- Deltek experience is highly preferred
STRONG ERP DIFFERENTIATOR
- Deltek experience — direct AEC competitor; client may integrate with or pull data from client Deltek systems.
