IT Portfolio/Program Manager10+ years in IT with strong portfolio/program management experience. Hands-on understanding of ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CMDB). Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture, CI relationships, and data governance.
Experience managing multiple projects/programs at portfolio level. Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business value. Strong understanding of IT operations (incident, change, problem management).
Experience with Agile / Scrum / SDLC methodologies. Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
