Supporting the transition in the refrigeration and HVAC industry, the full-time remote Technical Marketing Specialist will lead application development projects, assist customers with next-generation refrigerants, and collaborate with various stakeholders across Europe to drive sustainable cooling technologies. Key responsibilities Lead application development projects within refrigeration, air-conditioning, and heat pump markets Support OEMs and customers with the qualification and implementation of next-generation refrigerants Analyze field trial and application data, providing recommendations to stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a related technical discipline Several years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, heat pumps, or related thermal systems industries Experience working with refrigerants and HVAC technologies Fluency in German and English Strong analytical and project management capabilities
