Leading a team of Technical Implementation Leads and Software Developers, the full-time Technical Manager - Texas Licensed will provide hands-on technical leadership for healthcare interoperability implementations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage the implementation lifecycle, including solution architecture, development, testing, and post-go-live support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable customer solutions and identify process improvements Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring quality through technical reviews and documentation standards Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in software development and healthcare interoperability implementations 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring technical teams Expertise in HL7 FHIR, REST APIs, SQL, and enterprise integration patterns Hands-on experience with Java, cloud-native architectures, and distributed systems Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
