Leading the strategy and development of the HVAC Equipment Training portfolio, the full-time remote Technical Learning Manager will manage a team of professionals, ensuring training solutions align with customer and partner needs while driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Establish priorities and plans for the HVAC Equipment Training portfolio that align with business needs and product roadmaps Manage, coach, and develop a team of technical learning professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Evaluate operational and financial performance using key metrics to guide decisions and identify opportunities for improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, technical training, or program management Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams Strong business acumen with the ability to use data for decision-making Experience managing multiple programs or portfolios with competing priorities
