Duties and Responsibilities The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading and executingthe data collection and reporting activities and operations as wellas to the associated trainings material development and delivery.Working closely with BHA, the PI and the Co-PI, he or she will beplaying a key role to the design and develop of web-based systemsand tools for data collection, analysis and reporting for SOR IIIas well as web-based training platform. Other responsibilitiesinclude participate in regular meetings with BSU Team, UB Team, andBHA Team; preparing and providing ad hoc reports requested byclients; designing and developing dashboard and other dataanalytics products; conducting requirements gathering sessions withthe clients; providing trainings; and other duties assigned by thePI.
Minimum Qualifications
Education A Ph.D in information systems and technology or relatedfield.
Experience A minimum of two year working experience in SOR data collection andreporting.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities System analysis and design, data curation, integration anddashboard development using modern programming language, ITsocultions and tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, Phython, Tableau,RDBMS such as MySQL, and Access. Strong expertise in the use ofREDCap is required. Strong analytical and report writingskills.
