Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Technical Lead / Service Engineer to lead a bank's Lockbox platform upgrade and cloud migration project. The existing Lockbox platform, provided by Deluxe and hosted in the bank's data center, is being upgraded to the latest version and migrated to Microsoft Azure Cloud, with support from the Deluxe vendor.

The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership, driving coordination between the vendor and internal bank teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Deluxe Lockbox platform upgrade and migration to Azure Cloud.
• Coordinate with the Deluxe vendor and internal bank teams to drive project execution.
• Understand Lockbox functionality, application workflows, and banking operations.
• Oversee cloud migration activities, technical integrations, and application compatibility.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve technical issues, and drive project milestones.
• Leverage .NET Core and full-stack development knowledge to support technical requirements.
• Take ownership of deliverables and drive progress with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Lockbox applications; Deluxe Lockbox experience strongly preferred.
• Proven technical leadership and project execution skills.
• Strong Microsoft Azure / Cloud technology experience.
• .NET Core and full-stack development experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, energetic, adaptable, and willing to take ownership of both complex and routine tasks.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on technical leader who understands Lockbox banking operations, can manage a vendor-led product upgrade, and confidently drive the Azure cloud migration from planning through implementation
