About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Full-Stack L2 Tech Lead to drive enterprise application development and delivery across globally distributed teams. This role combines hands-on coding expertise with technical leadership , ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions for mission-critical enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Architecture & Design : Define scalable, secure, and high-performing technical architecture.
• Code Quality : Lead reviews, enforce standards, and promote engineering excellence.
• Technical Decisions : Drive framework/library choices balancing innovation and business priorities.
• Problem-Solving : Act as escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Lead sprint planning , standups, retrospectives, and backlog management.
• Ensure communication standards and traceable documentation.
• Partner globally for planning & estimation .
• Drive risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers through code pairing and technical guidance.
• Act as a bridge across regions (US, Singapore, UK, India).
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and translate business goals into technical plans.
• Promote knowledge sharing via documentation, handovers, and cross-training.

Other Responsibilities

• Hands-on coding for critical features and prototypes.
• Support DevOps & CI/CD for smooth deployments and system reliability.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
• 8+ years programming (or 4+ years + PhD)
• Proven track record in technical direction and cross-functional partnerships
• Experience with enterprise-scale platforms , integrations, and production support
• Strong background in API design , unit testing, and maintainable codebases

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as team lead or technical architect across multiple domains (Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement)
• Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
