- Extensive experience in Automotive Vehicle Engineering, Systems Integration, or Body Engineering
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle from concept through production
- Knowledge of OEM gateway reviews, design release processes, and build support
- Prior experience as Chief Engineer, Vehicle Integration Lead, Technical Program Manager, or Lead DRE
- Experience supporting autonomous vehicle, ADAS, sensor integration, or vehicle platform integration programs
- Experience working directly with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
- Act as the primary technical point of contact (SPOC) between OEM and the vendor team
- Manage technical escalations, risks, issues, and decision-making activities
- Provide overall engineering leadership across all workstreams and disciplines
- Ensure delivery of program milestones in line with the approved development schedule
- Drive cross-functional collaboration among DREs, CAD, PLM, Validation, Manufacturing, and Quality teams
