Key responsibilities Lead and develop a team that builds and operates APIs, integrations, and tools for the developer platform Own the development and evolution of the developer SDK and related tools Make architectural decisions to enhance developer experience, reliability, and scalability across multiple services Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field Experience leading engineering teams as a people manager or technical lead Experience building or leading a platform, API, or developer tools Strong backend experience in languages such as Go or Python Proven track record of mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence
