Job Description:
We have an urgent requirement for one Onsite Tech Lead to work from the customer office in Dallas, TX .
Role: Tech Lead – Mobile Reliability & Observability
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite – no remote)
Start: Immediate / ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Drive reliability, observability, and operational excellence for mobile (iOS & Android) applications
Lead design and implementation of monitoring, alerting, and reliability frameworks
Define SLIs/SLOs for mobile and web platforms
Oversee proactive monitoring dashboards and scripts
Lead RCA activities and implement preventive measures
Collaborate with Dev, QA, and DevOps teams to embed reliability into SDLC
Mentor team members and drive DevOps maturity roadmap
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Azure Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and observability tools
Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Node.js
Deep knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) architectures
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and incident management workflows
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native automation
