Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end system design and architecture for healthcare payor solutions
- Lead estimations and appropriate allocations for resources on bases of project need
- Translate healthcare business requirements into detailed technical solutions and plans
- Identify technical dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies early
- Coordinate development and integration work across multiple teams and vendors
- Work closely with: Product Managers. Healthcare SMEs. QA, DevOps, SA , Architect, Data Engineering teams
- Communicate technical progress, risks, and decisions to leadership
- Support cross‑team integrations and enterprise platform alignment
- Mentor and guide engineers on technical design and implementation
Primary Skills
- Strong domain knowledge of Healthcare Payor Experience
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare EDI Transaction
- Expertise in .net , Azure Infrastructure - Azure Application Deployment , Storage Account , Logging Strategy (App insights) , Azure Key Vaults
- Expertise in PL/SQL , Complex Stored Procedures , Cursors
Secondary Skills
- High-level ETL Knowledge
- Basic FHIR, HL7
- Basic knowledge of ETL Tool (Preference High-level Matillion & DataStage preference)
- Basic of Java/Soa- Design Pattern, Business Process , Java8 and higher version knowledge , Springboot & Rest Services, Kubernetes, Docker Container Auto
