Technical Lead, End User Services

Seeking a strategic and technically proficient Technical Lead, End User Services, the full-time remote position will oversee endpoint management and collaboration tools, managing three direct reports and ensuring governance across over 15,000 devices globally. Key responsibilities Lead global standards for endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management, including Windows, MacOS, and mobile device management Own the collaboration platform roadmap and enforce related policies while partnering with key stakeholders Manage MSPs and external vendors, defining performance metrics and ensuring continuous improvement Required qualifications 7+ years in technical roles focused on endpoint management and enterprise IT Proven experience managing MSPs and external vendors Deep familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Intune, Autopilot, SOTI, and Nexthink Strong understanding of collaboration tools, including Office 365, Teams, and Slack Advanced experience in scripting, software packaging, and process automation
