As the primary technical expert, the full-time Technical Lead, Data Integration will design, develop, and optimize enterprise data integration pipelines, data warehouse platforms, and analytics solutions while working remotely in the U.S. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of scalable data integration pipelines using modern ETL/ELT frameworks Architect and support enterprise data warehouse and data lake environments, ensuring data governance and quality Provide technical mentorship and guidance to data engineers and analysts while promoting data-driven decision-making Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, and business intelligence Strong expertise with Oracle databases, advanced SQL, and ETL/ELT solutions using tools like Informatica or Azure Data Factory Experience with Power BI or similar analytics platforms Proven ability to lead technical design discussions and mentor team members
