Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and API-driven architecture. The role involves leading a team of developers, ensuring best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions on AWS Cloud with MuleSoft integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for projects, ensuring adherence to architecture and coding standards.
- Design and implement API-driven solutions using Java/Spring Boot and Angular.
- Oversee integration strategies leveraging MuleSoft as the integration platform.
- Manage deployment and scalability on AWS Cloud.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and reliability standards.
Required Skills
- Primary: Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
- Secondary: Proficiency in Angular for front-end development.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
- Knowledge of MuleSoft for integration.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise application development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Certifications in AWS or MuleSoft are a plus.
