Must have- Minimum 8 years of USA experience required.
The client is looking for an AI Tech Lead with 10+ years of software engineering experience and a strong background in both AI and application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI/Generative AI solutions while also being capable of leading technical teams.
Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years of software engineering/application development experience.
- 5+ years of Azure/AWS Cloud and modern application architecture.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI).
- Experience building Agentic AI and RAG solutions.
- Hands-on with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, MCP , or similar frameworks.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AKS, Containers, Cosmos DB, SQL, REST APIs, and Microservices .
Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering projects using Agile/Scrum .
