To enhance workforce development in energy efficiency, the full-time Technical Instructor - Energy Efficiency will deliver training programs and educational content both remotely and onsite in various locations. Key responsibilities Design and implement training programs focused on energy efficiency and building science Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences Evaluate and assess participant performance to ensure effective learning outcomes Required qualifications Experience in energy efficiency, building science, or a related field Strong background in instructional design and adult education principles Relevant certifications in energy efficiency or building performance Ability to engage and motivate learners through interactive training methods Flexibility to travel for onsite training as needed
