- Job Title : Technical Infrastructure Manager
- Type : FTE ( no C2C or C2H)

- Mode : Onsite 5 days a week
JD :
Technical PM who is supporting move out of a datacenter and into a cloud for our Commercial Center product. The person needs to understand tech stuff - connectivity, file transmissions, network routing, etc. to be effective. Their primary role will be supporting the Bank move, so client-facing skills around communication and poise will be important. TD will consume a lot, but potentially not 100% of their time; in the event there are available cycles, this person will support other banks going through the same move.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with cross-disciplined team members to make sure that all parties are on track with the project requirements, schedule, and deadlines.
- Facilitating the meetings/ceremonies to track progress of defects and features
- Write detailed user stories and at times work on data mapping, API specifications where needed.
- Work on detail triage of defects and provide all the details needed by developers and QA
- Ensuring the product deliverable adhering to the quality standards
- Establishing effective communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable the successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the client.
- Conducting the post project evaluation for identifying successful and unsuccessful elements of the project.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of software development experience.
- Strong Experience in Payments, Banking and treasury applications
- 5 years of hands-on experience in client management, user stories or FSD writing.
- Experience in tools like Postman, Splunk, Dynatrace.
- Experience in going through data bases like postgress, oracle etc.
- Strong experience in API specifications writing, Data mapping"
