Odyssey is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to own deployment outcomes from kickoff through go-live and renewal. You will ensure customers realize value, coordinating with Engineering, Product and Support to deliver scalable, compliant deployments across state partnerships.
You will drive technical configurations, APIs, and webhooks, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while navigating an early-stage SaaS environment that rewards speed and ownership.
