Technical Delivery Manager (Scrum Master)
Location: Addison, TX | On-site, 5 days/week

About the Role
We are seeking a hands‑on Technical Delivery Manager to be the connective tissue between our engineering teams and our business partners.
This is a delivery role — not a process role. You will own the rhythm of delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives spanning development, automation, and data platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Run Agile ceremonies across multiple squads (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
- Own delivery commitments, burndowns, dependencies, and risk surfacing for 3–5 concurrent initiatives
- Partner with engineering leads, business sponsors, and product owners to translate roadmap into executable sprints
- Drive transparency: dashboards, status, escalation paths, and steering committee reporting
- Improve our SDLC discipline — release management, change control, audit‑ready documentation in a HIPAA environment
- Remove blockers, manage stakeholder expectations, and protect engineering focus
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in software delivery; 4+ years as a Scrum Master / Delivery Manager in a technical engineering organization
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent; SAFe experience a plus
- Demonstrated ownership of multi‑team delivery in a regulated environment (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, or similar)
- Strong Jira / Azure DevOps fluency; comfort building metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting
- Background in Healthcare or regulated‑industry environments strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you’ll work directly with senior business leaders
