Working remotely on a multiyear contract basis, the Technical Data Steward will manage the governance, integrity, and quality of Human Resources data assets for the HR Data Warehouse, ensuring compliance with enterprise data standards while collaborating with HR and engineering teams. Key responsibilities Implement and enforce enterprise data governance policies, standards, and procedures Provide subject matter expertise on data management, including source systems and ETL processes Build and maintain a data catalog, ensuring clear documentation of data definitions and lineage Required qualifications Oracle HCM / PeopleSoft data experience Experience with cloud data platforms, specifically Azure Data Lake and Power BI Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data integration/ETL processes Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices Experience implementing data governance capabilities across an organization
