Leading consulting engagements, the full-time remote Technical Consulting Manager & Lead Solutions Architect will evaluate, design, and modernize complex software and infrastructure architectures while serving as a trusted technical advisor to client leadership and engineering teams. Key responsibilities Manage small, high-performing consulting teams to deliver project milestones on time and within scope Conduct architectural discoveries and scalability evaluations, providing actionable modernization roadmaps Analyze multi-stack codebases and system topologies to identify architectural risks and technical debt Required qualifications Proven experience leading technical workstreams and consulting teams Deep expertise in evaluating and designing distributed software architectures and high-throughput data pipelines Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid infrastructure environments Ability to synthesize technical findings into executive-level reports and modernization roadmaps Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) and modern CI/CD pipelines
