Technical ConsultantApogee has opportunities for Technical Consultant positions specializing in C2 Operations and Cyber Security to provide contractor site reachback support for the M-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office (MAR JPO). These positions conduct data gathering, analysis, and documentation for Assured PNT and cyber resiliency efforts. These are full-time remote positions with occasional travel to government sites.Responsibilities:Conduct data gathering and fact-finding on DoD, USAF, and AFLCMC directivesResearch Assured PNT planning and implementation approachesGather information on current and evolving threat capabilitiesSupport analysis of policies and organizational goalsSupport collaboration on Assured PNT initiatives and strategiesAssist in analyzing disconnects and gaps in current approachesParticipate in evaluation of courses of actionSupport technical and programmatic assessmentsGenerate point papers and briefings on assessment resultsPrepare fact-finding reports and documentationDevelop recommendations for follow-on tasksSupport strategic planning documentationSupport roadmap development for Assured PNTAssist in systems engineering planning activitiesParticipate in strategic initiative coordinationSupport integration planning across programsQualifications:Citizenship: Must be a US citizenClearance: Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI level clearanceEducation: Bachelor's DegreeYears of Experience: 7 years of C2 operations or cybersecurity experienceAdditional experience:Knowledge of Assured PNT concepts and DoD cybersecurityUnderstanding of GPS/GNSS systems and navigationFamiliarity with DoD directives and acquisition processesStrong research and analytical skillsProficiency in technical writing and documentationAbility to work independently in remote environmentPreferred Experience:Education: Master's DegreeYears of Experience: 5 years of C2 operations or cybersecurity experienceLocation: Contractor Site (National - Remote)Remote: This is a full-time remote positionTravel: Travel up to 20% may be required, per the customer's discretion
