Key responsibilities Act as the professional source for integration during project implementation, including pre-sales, sales, and post-sale support for clients Work with clients and partners to resolve technical challenges related to their unique environments and requirements Lead improvements in sales and engineering processes by creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting materials Required qualifications 4+ years of technical integrations experience Experience with configuration tools and capability to fulfill technical tasks Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client business needs into operational requirements Certification or ability to certify in Workday Integrations Industry knowledge of the HR Tech sector
