Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite and remote technical support, responding quickly to customer issues
- Ensure reliable system performance by diagnosing and resolving system, network, and application issues
- Support the full lifecycle of complex patient monitoring and IT infrastructure solutions
- Apply understanding of customer environments to ensure effective system implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of system configurations
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including senior engineers, clinical partners, sales, and service teams
- Continuously build technical expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives
Requirements
- 2.5+ years of professional working experience in IT services or related technical environments
- Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators highly preferred
- Foundational understanding of IT systems, networking concepts, and technical troubleshooting
- Computer networking certification preferred (e.g. CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent/higher level certification)
- Associated degree in computer science, biomedical, engineering, or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to travel for business (approximately 75% travel across specified geography)
