Serving as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts, the full-time salaried Microsoft Dynamics F&O Consultant will support complex, high-impact customers with multi-entity environments and advanced ERP integrations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams, guiding Microsoft F&O integration and system design Collaborate with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions Participate in technical discovery to understand customer F&O environments and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field 4+ years in technical consulting or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, including financial modules and integration patterns Deep familiarity with accounting workflows, including core functionalities like General Ledger and Accounts Payable Comfort working with APIs and system architecture, with the ability to explain concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
