Key responsibilities Serve as a client-side resource for implementation projects, managing technical configurations and integrations Analyze current client processes to identify optimization opportunities within the software Deliver custom training and support to clients to ensure high adoption rates of technology during implementations Required qualifications 5-8 years of experience in a high-volume, client-facing implementation role Expert knowledge of multiple Rippling modules, including implementation and custom reporting Experience with third-party system integrations, such as API and EDI High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a computer-related field Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
