We are looking for a technical co‑founder to lead all of product development, architecture, and technical strategy. Responsibilities will include:
- Architect and build the FirmGrid AI platform end‑to‑end: frontend, backend, database, and cloud infrastructure;
- Design and develop core product modules: matter management, deadline tracking, document storage, client communication logs, and invoicing;
- Build and maintain REST API integrations with third‑party platforms including e‑Courts, Google Calendar, Outlook, and Tally;
- Integrate AI capabilities to automate workflows, surface insights, and reduce administrative burden on legal teams;
- Own deployment pipelines, system security, reliability, and scalability;
- Collaborate on product strategy, technical roadmap, and prioritisation decisions directly with the founding team;
- Manage any future engineering hires and contractors as the team grows.
