Seeking a Technical Co-founder and CTO for a remote opportunity to lead product and engineering efforts in developing an AI-native solution for the automotive retail industry, focusing on building and executing the core architecture and integration layers while managing a founding engineering team. Key responsibilities Own the core architecture decisions that ensure coherence across web, desktop, and mobile applications Design the autonomy model for agents, determining how they earn the right to act independently Build partnerships with data providers for unconventional integrations and manage unit economics as an architectural challenge Required qualifications Experience shipping agentic or LLM systems into production with tangible consequences for errors Proven track record of developing desktop and mobile applications connected to larger web platforms Familiarity with web scraping nuances, including anti-bot defenses and rate limits Experience building complex data graph layers that support intelligent reasoning Ability to own infrastructure, data, and product development while scaling the engineering team
