Caterpillar uses a VMS Provider to manager our contract and agency workforce. This role would support the team deploying Beeline. In addition this role will be supporting SOX Compliance Audit requests.
Gathering information for the auditors, ensuring auditor requests are met in a timely manner. Working with Caterpillars Managed Service Provider to retrieve necessary data and reports to support Sox and IAAS audits. The team is very high functioning and extremely busy with deployment and requirements gathering tasks, Steady State, and Continuous Improvement activities. This role will be supporting the Work Director, Technical Architect, and Product Owner.
Will need to adhere to chain of command and not skip supervisory levels.Education & Experience Required:Degree not required with minimum of 5 yearsIf they have a degree, they sill need minimum of 5 years of experience.Technical Skills (Desired)Competence in DevOps, SQL, ERP, systems and middleware.Soft Skills (Required)Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Project Management and Change Management.Ability to flex work schedule. On occasion we will need to meet with resources from other countries. Evening or early morning work.
