Technical Business PlannerThe Business Planner role supports strategic planning and operational alignment for Supply Chain PSO Operations Technology. This position partners closely with multiple levels of executive and senior leadership and workforce planning to drive business objectives, cross-functional alignment, and ensure execution of strategic initiatives across global operations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strategic business plans aligned with organizational goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and process compliance.Lead planning sessions and provide insights for strategy discussionsFacilitate stakeholder request execution (e.g., BPM Connect) by ensuring clear communication and timely completion across stakeholdersCoordinate strategic responses for urgent initiatives (e.g. workshops, AEMs, special projects)Support leadership forums and champion initiatives for process improvementPrepare and deliver reports on business KPI and strategic progressCoordinate quarterly accomplishments and staff meetingsEnsure Ops Tech tower project readiness and T1 project review updatesAlign business priorities with leadership (1 to 1 with L3 leader)Prepare monthly metrics/dashboards and business efficiency reportsDrive people recognition programs (Give a WOW, EO Excellence awards)Track completion of mandatory training across the organizationIdeal CandidateHighly organized with structured use of Teams for knowledge management and planningStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly proficient in executive communication, presentation development, data-driven storytellingExpertise in strategic planning and operational processesStrong knowledge of engineering, factory and supply chain principlesExpert in data analysis and reporting toolsProficiency with enterprise systems and collaboration platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams)Ability to lead and oversee technical special projects when requiredExcellent communicator capable of influencing across multiple levelsThrives in a working in a fast-paced, global environment with complex supply chain dynamicsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results collaborativelyTypes 70+ wpm to facilitate working sessions in real-timeEducation and Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field5+ years of experience in business planning, strategy, or operationsExperience in global operations and cross-functional project management preferredSupply Chain Success IndicatorsBusiness and financial acumenEmotional intelligence and self-awarenessInformation process capabilityAccepts the role requirementsTeam and organizational leadershipExecutive communication & relationshipsInclusive & Global MindsetThe pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
