Technical Business AnalystLocation: Whippany, NJ (2-3 days from office)Type: ContractDuration: Long TermMain duties and responsibilities:Documenting model/metadata requirements, definitions and authoritative sources ensuring stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities in managing data aligned to group mandated Metadata StandardUndertaking business analysis to assess needs, capture requirements and define solutions that will maximise the value delivered to stakeholders across portfolio of strategic data initiatives as allocatedResponsible for adherence to group mandated Data Quality Standard, capturing and managing data issues within defined frameworkDefinition of requirements and specifications for proposed data remediation efforts in order to meet regulatory commitments, risk controls and business objectivesDelivering of impact assessments and business cases to senior stakeholders to obtain buy in for CDO proposed recommendationsManagement of a designated set of Corporate & Investment Bank Data Domain(s), proactively facilitating engagement to strengthen the data quality, control environment and drive towards a data-led end stateOwnership of Data Council and CDO Forum submissions, including active stakeholder management of Council members (Domain scorecards) in addition to leading specific data domain working groupsBasic Qualifications:Experience in business analysis within a data management capabilityDemonstrable track record of successful project and change delivery whilst dealing with competing prioritiesDedicated team player who is results-oriented with proven and effective leadership and line managementStrong Collaboration skills to be able to engage, influence and work across different geographies with diverse stakeholders
