We are working with an investment firm in NYC that is seeking a WSO Product Owner/Technical Business Analyst to join their team. This role will sit on the tech team and support the credit operations team as their WSO expert.

- Learn how the Credit Operations team works in WSO (Wall Street Office) and how it connects to other firm systems
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, workflows, and data models
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements (data flows, API specifications, integration logic) for agile delivery
- Write, review, and refine user stories and epics to support backlog grooming
- Map current- and future-state processes, identifying manual steps and control gaps
- 7+ years as a business or operations analyst at a hedge fund, asset manager, or similar firm
- 5+ years of direct, hands-on WSO experience on the IT/technology side (supporting, configuring, testing, or upgrading the platform), not solely as a business end user
- Expert knowledge of WSO deal, facility, and contract set up, transaction xhqgsiq processing, and reconciliation workflows
- Strong understanding of syndicated loans, private credit, revolvers, delayed draws, and CLOs
- Strong understanding of the loan lifecycle: deal and facility set up, trade settlement, servicing events, cash and position reconciliation, and monthly closing
Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in NYC
