Heavy involvement in system integrations and data mapping (this is a big part of the job, not just a nice to have). Gathering requirements from internal business/product teams, turning that into user stories and functional docs. Running/leading working sessions (JAD-style) and helping move conversations along across teams. Staying involved through delivery, supporting dev & QA teams, answering questions, helping unblock things.
Main stakeholders are product managers, business owners, vertical leads on one side, and dev/architects/QC team on the other. This role is fully internal-facing.
