Technical Business AnalystLocation: Ann Arbor, MI. Onsite 4x a week (Local only) Duration: 6+ Months Contract MoI: Video InterviewOur client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support Agile Scrum-based product teams within a highly dynamic and fast-paced development environment. This role will focus on new product development and enhancements across a global portfolio of in-store and mobile applications (excluding POS systems).
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a running stream — supporting teams that are actively delivering code while contributing to new product initiatives that have not yet been deployed to stores. The team is actively interviewing and looking to onboard someone within the next month as a contractor is rolling off and team growth has created additional workload.What You'll Be Doing:Partner with 7 cross-functional Agile Scrum teams (5–12 members each)Work closely with Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs) and Scrum MastersCollaborate with Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutionsDecompose requirements into detailed user stories and ticketsRead and interpret technical documentationCommunicate effectively with developers across multiple technology stacksContribute to documentation and solution design artifactsParticipate in whiteboarding sessions and hands-on problem solvingSupport globally deployed products as well as new product development initiativesHelp drive solutions proactively without needing constant directionTechnology Environment:This is a complex ecosystem with a broad catalog of technologies. Exposure to diverse technical environments is highly valued.
