Title: Technical Business Analyst
Location: Milwaukee, WI - MUST BE LOCAL - Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: Contract
Pay: $40/hr. 42/hr.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a high-impact portfolio of marketing campaign initiatives. This role will partner with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to drive business outcomes through technology in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Well versed in JIRA, Power BI, Analytics, SQL (intermediate) and Test Planning & Execution
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands on experience with process flow documentation and process mapping
- Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation (BRDs, user stories)
- Proven experience with gap analysis and process evaluation
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing or campaign-driven initiatives is desired
- Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with engineering teams
