To support client engagements, the full-time remote Technical Architect will define technical architecture, propose new technologies, and ensure application performance and scalability while leading diverse projects and mentoring development teams. Key responsibilities: Establish and adopt an Argano Technical Architecture practice and standards methodology Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions and document the technical architecture Research new technologies to enhance application performance and lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field 5-10 years of experience in software development and architecture with a proven track record of complex technical solutions Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, architecture, and best practices Proficiency in one or more programming languages and experience in client-facing roles Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
