Responsibilities
* Administer and automate provisioning across multi-vendor storage platforms in production and lab environments.
* Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ESXi storage connectivity—NFS, iSCSI, FC, NVMe-FC, and NVMe-TCP.
* Manage Windows Server Kerberos and Active Directory integrations for secure VCF Lab environments.
* Lead firmware and service pack upgrade cycles for arrays, NICs, HBAs, and server components.
* Perform hardware diagnostics and remote hands guidance for on-site teams.
* Configure Brocade FC switches and perform zoning, aliasing, and performance validation.
* Collaborate with network, compute, and storage teams to ensure end-to-end infrastructure reliability.
* Design and implement Python automation tools to streamline array discovery, LUN/volume creation, and data collection.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of data center efficiency, uptime, and resource utilization.
* Flexible and eager to learn emerging technologies and tools.
* Strong time management and prioritization skills aligned with customer needs.
