Job Title: Enterprise Architect & AI Governance Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect & AI Governance Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, responsible AI practices, and cloud architecture. This role is critical in shaping our enterprise architecture strategy and ensuring that our AI initiatives align with governance standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy.
• Lead the design and implementation of cloud architecture solutions that support scalability, security, and performance.
• Establish and enforce governance policies for AI initiatives, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and address architectural challenges and opportunities.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and trends in enterprise architecture and AI governance.
• Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and technical teams in enterprise architecture principles and practices.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture with a strong understanding of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Expertise in responsible AI practices and governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, including major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and initiatives in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise settings.
• Familiarity with data governance and data management best practices.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and practices related to cloud and AI.
• Certifications in enterprise architecture or cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on AI governance and cloud solutions.
• Proven track record of successful architecture implementations and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
