The role focuses on building Copilot Agents using Copilot Studio to guide users through structured thought processes for evaluating Technology Consulting rate cards. This is not a pricing or calculation role. The Copilot will support conversational guidance, decision logic, and PINpoint case creation through AI-driven workflows.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop Copilot Agents using Copilot Studio (primary skill).Build conversational flows to guide users through evaluation and decision steps.Integrate Copilot Agents with Power Automate to create and manage PINpoint cases.Collaborate with EY stakeholders to translate business intent into AI-driven workflows.Ensure solutions align with enterprise security, governance, and usability standards.Senior Developer/SMR to provide technical leadership, design oversight, and best practices.Mandatory Skills:Copilot Studio (must-have)Power AutomateExperience building enterprise Copilot or conversational AI solutions is nice to have. Prior enterprise Copilot projects and experience working with EY or Big4 clients are also beneficial.
