Key responsibilities Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions Lead the integration and technical architecture design decisions between Merch Ops and other applications Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in implementing and designing merchandising software solutions In-depth knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle databases, and Linux batch scripting Familiarity with supply chain management processes and data integration across applications Experience with NextGen/SaaS technologies or engineering/development skills related to Merch Ops
