Job Description:
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in LabVantage LIMS/LES implementation, configuration, and integration.
- Strong experience in evaluating, designing, and configuring the LabVantage Empower Connector to integrate Waters Empower 3 (v3.6.1) with LabVantage LIMS (v8.8).
- Expertise in identifying and recommending the best design, configuration, and integration approaches based on technical architecture, master data, and functional requirements.
- Hands-on experience with LabVantage SDMS for bi-directional integration of complex file-based laboratory instruments with LabVantage LIMS/LES.
- Deep understanding of interfacing complex laboratory instruments with LabVantage and providing architecture recommendations to optimize performance and ensure data integrity.
- Experience working with NuGenesis instrument data archive solutions and integrating them with LabVantage while minimizing data integrity risks.
- Strong experience configuring LabVantage LIMS/LES to interface with simple analytical instruments for automated data capture.
- Knowledge of configuring hardware communication devices such as Lantronix for connecting laboratory instruments to enterprise networks.
- Experience configuring analytical devices such as balances, pH meters, moisture analyzers, and other laboratory instruments to enable seamless data capture within LabVantage.
- Strong understanding of laboratory informatics, SDMS, LIMS/LES architecture, instrument integration, GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, and data integrity principles.
- Excellent troubleshooting, solution architecture, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate existing environments and recommend scalable, compliant, and best-practice integration solutions.
